This privacy policy applies to the PocketPiano app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Technoforge (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect or store any personal or private information, location data, or device usage data.
Please note that the Application utilises third-party services (for example, Google Play Store) that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy at Google Play Services.
The Service Provider may be required by subpoena to disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information. However, as no such information is collected by the Service Provider, that won't happen.
As it is unfair, unreasonable, unconscionable, and probably illegal for one party in a contract to unilaterally change a contract without agreement from other parties, the Service Provider will not materially change the terms and conditions of this policy or agreement without offering all participants the opportunity to negotiate such terms and conditions. Any such discussions may be directed to the Service Provider (technoforge.com.au@gmail.com).
Any changes to products, services, policies, or agreements will be displayed on the Service Provider's website (technoforge.com.au). Continued use of the Application after any such consultation opportunities and changes will be deemed consent to those changes.
